Special Note on Production and Delivery Times for the Holiday Season

ORDER FULL COLOR HORIZONTAL RIBBONS

Print any font, color and design - there are no die charges and we can either print an image you've created or can custom design a ribbon for you. Using the adhesive tape across the top, horizontal ribbons can easily be attached to the back of a name tag or badge holder. Ribbons can also be stacked on top of one another to further customize your message.

*Price is for one ribbon, with a minimum order of 100 ribbons for each style or design.
SET-UP CHARGES: $15.00 if the design is camera-ready high quality digital art. $30.00 if Personalized Ribbons designs the ribbon.

RIBBON SPECIFICATIONS

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ART: If you have a completed design, email or upload it to us to receive our special $15.00 set-up price. The file must be a vectorized artwork (.eps, .ai, .cdr) with all text converted to curves or a high quality (300 dpi) bit-mapped file (.jpg or .tiff). Our designers will review the artwork—if additional work is needed, you will be informed of the estimated costs before we proceed with the order.

DESIGN NEEDED: We understand that you may not have the tools, time, or skill to design the ribbons you want -- we are here to help. Most ribbon designs require less than the 30 minutes of art time, which is included in the $30 set-up fee; however, if additional time is necessary, you will be advised prior to proceeding.

If you only have an idea of what you are looking for, we recommend that you search the Internet for an image that best resembles your idea -- the quality of the art file is not important. You will be able to discuss your ideas with a designer after your order has been placed and the designer will give you an estimate on much additional cost/work, if any, will be. Charges will only be accessed after your approval -- when approved, additional work will be charged at $60 per hour.

COMMENTS

Give us as much information as you can, let us know any design ideas, backgrounds, or specific colors. Be descriptive, all the information given will help us to design your ribbons quickly and efficiently.

PMS color matching is not possible, but when a PMS number is provided we will do our best to match it.

PROOF

A proof (image of how your full color ribbons will look) will be provided prior to production.

If artwork is required a proof will not be started until vector or high quality bit-mapped images are received.

Production will NOT begin until you have returned an approved proof to Name Tag, Inc.

Customers must be available to approve proofs in a timely manner.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

Standard production time is 7 days after we receive a signed proof. Production times may need to be increased due to the quantity or complexity of your order and the limits of our production capacity.

During the months of May and June we may need up to 5 weeks to produce your orders. ORDER EARLY.

EXPEDITED PRODUCTION: Options may be available to speed the production and shipping process. If any expediting of your order is required you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
