STOCK ITEMS: |
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT—The product may be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE— Defective products will be replaced or refunded at personalized-ribbons.com's option. Personalized-ribbons.com will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product.

Defective products will be replaced or refunded at personalized-ribbons.com's option. Personalized-ribbons.com will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product up to $250. If customer decides they would prefer a change in the products specifications, Personalized-ribbons.com will remake the product to the new specifications at customers expense: Less a credit of 50% of the original cost (excluding shipping and handling), but not to exceed $100. For orders over $200 Name Tag will allow a credit of $100 plus 15% of the amount over $200 (excluding shipping and handling). Customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.

Products made to specification are not returnable. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at Name Tag's option. Personalized-ribbons.com will only be liable for the first $250. Personalized-ribbons.com will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product.

COLOR SPECIFICATIONS |
Ribbon colors and imprint colors shown on this website are close approximations of the ribbon colors, however they are not an exact match and no guarantee is made as to the exact color of the ribbons. If you must match a color exactly please call with a pantone pms color # and we will see if that color is available.

TOLERANCES |
Products made within Name Tag tolerances will not be considered defective.

BILLING AND PAYMENT ISSUES |
Discuss billing and payment problems with Customer Service. The remedy, if any, will depend on the specific circumstances.

LATE ARRIVAL OR LOST SHIPMENTS |
Lost shipments will be refunded or a replacement will be shipped if an error is caused by personalized-ribbons.com and if the shipment was shipped via personalized-ribbons.com preferred shipping method. Excess billing charges for late packages can be refunded if personalized-ribbons.com is notified within 3 business days of the expected arrival date.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS |
Customers must obtain an RMA # before shipping any product back to personalized-ribbons.com. For returns where personalized-ribbons.com will pay the shipping costs a call tag will be issued. Refunds will not be issued and, in some situations, replacement products may not be sent until the original product has been received. |
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES |
Review all proofs for custom products and return the approved proofs to personalized-ribbons.com in a timely manner. Proof approval must be received by personalized-ribbons.com before production will begin. The product will be made to the specification shown on the proof, if changes to the proof are required an additional proof will be created and a customer signature required. Be sure to call if there are questions about the proof. Notify personalized-ribbons.com within 60 days after receipt of product if there are any problems/defects. If time is important, notify personalized-ribbons.com immediately (ie, if an problem is recognized at 10:30 notify us at 11:00, not 4:00). Never return a shipment to personalized-ribbons.com without a Return Authorization # or call tag. Notify personalized-ribbons.com of any shipping problems as soon as the problem is recognized. Failure to do so may eliminate some remedies. Mistakes made by customers such as incorrect spelling, sending the wrong logo are NOT covered by this guarantee. TRADEMARKS - Customers requesting tags with trade marked logos represent that they have the authority to use such trade mark.

At personalized-ribbons.com your complete privacy and confidentiality is paramount to us. Rest assured that your personal information will NEVER be shared or distributed with anyone else. PRIVACY POLICY--Personalized-ribbons.com only collects information necessary for providing proper service to its customers. Information is never released to third parties. ADVERTISING--Customers authorize personalized-ribbons.com to use images and samples of products made by personalized-ribbons.com for the customer in its advertising and to be listed on lists of personalized-ribbons.com customers. Customer contacts will not be released without approval.
