Choose from identification and custom ribbons in both horizontal and vertical styles. Both options include your choice of 48 ribbon colors, six imprint colors, back fasteners, and adhesive strips for use with name tags and badge holders.

Also available are stock award ribbons in swimmer, track, victory torch, place, and wheat styles. Ribbon colors are determined by place. Ribbons are square top with eyelet and string and include a generic record card.

SET-UP FEE: $9.50 for each unique set of ribbons (Includes any changes in layout, text, ribbon or imprint color).
    DIE FEES: $20.50 each. A metal die will always create a better imprint. Its stronger composition and increased ability to transfer heat will produce a superior imprint compared to a polymer die. A metal die is REQUIRED in any of the following situations:
  • Text that will be less than 18 pt in size (Large quantities of text or long words that cannot be split).
  • White or black text (Imprint color).
  • All ribbons designed with a graphic. (Including changes to the text or layout)
  • Quantities over 1,000 per ribbon title. Ribbons with the same text, but a change in ribbon and/or imprint colors will require a metal die if the combined total of that ribbon title is more than the 1,000 ribbon limit.

  • *These colors are hot-neon bright. The colors do not render well on your monitor.
  • **Rainbow ribbon, and Red-White-Blue ribbon are specialty ribbons, add 10¢ per ribbon.
Art Requirements

Vector artwork is required for all ribbon orders with a graphic (Logo or other artwork). A bit-map image can't be converted to a vector file by saving it in a vector format -- when this is attempted the image is simply embedded in the new file and no conversion takes place.

If you don't have a vector file, we offer an artwork clean-up/conversion process of $30.00 per image. If you elect to have your artwork cleaned/converted, you will be charged for this service, even if you don't ultimately place an order (The vector file will be sent to you upon payment). There is a 24 hour turnaround time required for this service and no expediting option is available.
