Custom Text Only Ribbons

MINIMUM TOTAL ORDER: 25 ribbons (Titles may be mixed -- no minimum on individual titles). These are text only ribbons, if a logo or graphic is desired visit the Ribbons with Graphic Page.

SET-UP FEE: $9.50 for each unique set of ribbons (Includes any changes in layout, text, ribbon or imprint color).

DIE FEES: $20.50 each. A metal die will always create a better imprint. Its stronger composition and increased ability to transfer heat will produce a superior imprint compared to a polymer die. A metal die is REQUIRED in any of the following situations:

  • Text that will be less than 18 pt in size (Large quantities of text or long words that cannot be split).
  • Any imprint color except silver or gold.
  • Quantities over 1,000 per ribbon title. Ribbons with the same text, but a change in ribbon and/or imprint colors will require a metal die if the combined total of that ribbon title is more than the 1,000 ribbon limit.
  • A metal die will add 2 additional business days to the total production time.

Every ribbon that has a change in ribbon text, ribbon color or imprint color must be entered separately.

If you have a need by date, please enter it into the field below; otherwise, our standard production and shipping options will be used. Both the expedited production and shipping options (Available once your order has been added to the shopping cart) may be used to meet your need by date. A customer service representative will contact you to finalize any production/shipping details to meet your required date. (Additional information is available below)
 

Production and Shipping Information
Shipping & Production

Proof - A digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours. If changes to the paper proof are requested, a new proof will be provided within 24 hours. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is received by Personalized Ribbons.

Production - Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins. Completed orders (With a signed proof and a properly formatted list) must be received by 5:00pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.

UPS Ground Shipping TimesShipping - The standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which will take 1 to 6 days for delivery, depending on your location. Expedited shipping methods are available at an additional cost. You will be able to select your desired shipping method (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) once the order has been added to the shopping cart.

(EXCEPTION: Packages to Military Addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail).
