MINIMUM TOTAL ORDER: 25 ribbons (Titles may be mixed -- no minimum on individual titles). This order page is for custom ribbons that require a logo, for text only ribbons visit the Custom Text Ribbons Page.

SET-UP FEE: $9.50 for each unique set of ribbons (Includes any changes in layout, text, ribbon or imprint color).
DIE FEES: $20.50 each. A metal die is always REQUIRED for imprinted ribbons with a logo or graphic. Additional dies are required for each change in ribbon text, logo, or layout.
A metal die will add 2 additional business days to the total production time.
Requirements for Artwork Submission
LOGO ART: Vector artwork is required for all ribbon orders with a graphic (Logo or other artwork). A bit-map image can't be converted to a vector file by saving it in a vector format -- when this is attempted the image is simply embedded in the new file and no conversion takes place.
If you don't have a vector file, we offer an artwork clean-up/conversion process of $30.00 per image. If you elect to have your artwork cleaned/converted, you will be charged for this service, even if you don't ultimately place an order (The vector file will be sent to you upon payment). There is a 24 hour turnaround time required for this service and no expediting option is available.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN: If you have an image or rough idea of the design you are looking for, please email/attach it with your order.
Production and Shipping Information
Proof - A digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours. If changes to the paper proof are requested, a new proof will be provided within 24 hours. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is received by Personalized Ribbons.
Production - Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins. Completed orders (With a signed proof and a properly formatted list) must be received by 5:00pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.

Shipping - The standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which will take 1 to 6 days for delivery, depending on your location. Expedited shipping methods are available at an additional cost. You will be able to select your desired shipping method (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) once the order has been added to the shopping cart.
