Ribbon Rolls - Full Color Printed

Ideal for awards, advertising, gift wrapping, brand awareness, and campaigning. When used as award ribbons, you will get 600 6-inch ribbons or 450 8-inch ribbons per 100 yard roll.

LENGTH: 100 yard rolls.

WIDTH: 1 inch, 2 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches and 6 inches. Other sizes are available: call for a quote.

Space between repeated images will be the same length as the image itself, unless specified (I.E. an image or logo that measures 6" will have 6" of space between each repeated image).

Design Requested

We understand that you may not have the tools, time or desire to design your ribbons -- we are here to help. We offer a $30.00 set-up service that includes up to 30 minutes of art/design time (Most ribbon designs require less than the 30 minutes). If additional time is necessary, you will be advised prior to proceeding -- if approved, additional work will be charged at $60.00 per hour.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN: If you have an image or rough idea of the design you are looking for, please email/attach it with your order.

Customer Supplied Art

If you have a design that is ready to be printed, send it to us and you will receive our special set-up pricing of $15.00. Vector art with all text converted to curves or a high quality (300 dpi) bit-mapped file (.jpg or .tiff) with any required bleeds is needed for this process. Your art will be reviewed by our designers and if additional work is required, you will be advised of the estimated set-up costs before we proceed with your order.

To qualify for the reduction of the set-up fees, customer supplied art must be ready to print and follow these requirements.

1) All bleeds must extend 0.125 inches beyond the edge of the ribbon.

2) Portions of the images that may not bleed must be 0.125 inches inside the edge of the ribbon (Safe area). Portions that are closer than this to the edge may be trimmed on some ribbons.

3) Background colors may contain blends and gradients. Your image will be repeated end to end, so plan carefully if a smooth transition from image to image is a requirement of your design.

4) Maximum repeat length is 4 feet.

5) When used as awards, specify a pull of 6 inches or 8 inches. Unless specified, ribbon length will be pulled 6 inches.

Pins - Are available in bages of 200. $6.00 per bag.

Record Cards (Stick on) - Timed and swim stick on cards are available for continuous roll ribbons. Roll of 500 stick on cards. $10.00 each.

Proof - A digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours. If changes to the paper proof are requested, a new proof will be provided within 24 hours. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is received by Personalized Ribbons. Completed orders (Including a signed proof) must be received by 5:00pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.

Production - 7 business days.

Shipping - All packages will be shipped by UPS (EXCEPTION: Packages to Military Addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail). The standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which will take 1 to 6 days for delivery, depending on your location. Expedited shipping methods are available at an additional cost.

You will be able to select your desired shipping method (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) once the order has been added to the shopping cart.
