Ribbon Rolls - Imprinted

Use our inexpensive, quality imprinted continuous ribbon rolls for a repeating logo or slogan. Great for advertising, fundraising, awards and much more!

LENGTH: 50 and 100 yard rolls.

WIDTH: 50 yards: 1.625 inches and 2 inches.100 yards: 0.625 inches, 1 inch, 1.625 inches, 2 inches, 2.5 inches, 3 inches and 4 inches.

MATERIAL: Satin Acetate.

Rainbow and Red-White-Blue (RWB) ribbon colors are only available in 1 inch, 1.625 inch, 2 inch and 2.5 inch ribbons. PRICING: 50 yard rolls add $25.00, 100 yard rolls add $50.00.

Available colors vary by ribbon width. The order form will be updated with available color options for each width when you select your ribbon size.

Space between repeated images will be the same length as the image itself, unless specified (I.E. an image or logo that measures 6" will have 6" of space between each repeated image).

Design Requested

We understand that you may not have the tools, time or desire to design your ribbons -- we are here to help. We offer a $30.00 set-up service that includes up to 30 minutes of art/design time (Most ribbon designs require less than the 30 minutes). If additional time is necessary, you will be advised prior to proceeding -- if approved, additional work will be charged at $60.00 per hour. If a logo or non-standard font is requested a metal die will be required for production - add $60.00 to your order.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN: If you have an image or rough idea of the design you are looking for, please email/attach it with your order.

Customer Supplied Art

If you have a design that is ready to be printed, send it to us and you will receive our special set-up pricing of $15.00. Vector art is required for this process. Your art will be reviewed by our designers and if additional work is required, you will be advised of the estimated set-up costs before we proceed with your order. A metal die ($60) is required for all ribbons with customer supplied art.

There will be no die charge if your ribbons are imprinted using one of these standard fonts. Each font is available only in the sizes shown. If a font is specified that will not work, you will be contacted with font recommendations. All fonts are set as metal type and due to diffierences between digital and metal there may be slight differences in individual letter forms and spacing.

To qualify for the reduction of the set-up fees, customer supplied art must be ready to print, and follow these requirements. All Ribbons with Customer supplied art will require a metal die for production ($60.00).

1) All images and text must be 0.125 inches from the ribbon edges.

2) Space between repeated images will be the same length as the image itself, unless specified (I.E. an image or logo that measures 6 inches will have 6 inches of space between each repeated image.

3) Maximum repeat length is 17 inches.

4) When used as awards, specify a pull of 6 inch or 8 inch. Unless specified, ribbon legth will be pulled 6 inches.

Your art will be reviewed by our designers and if additional work is required, you will be advised of the estimated set-up costs before we proceed with your order.

Pins - Are available in bags of 200. $6.00 per bag.

Record Cards (stick on) - Timed and swim stick on cards are available for continuous roll ribbons. Roll of 500 stick on cards. $10.00 each.

Proof - A digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours. If changes to the paper proof are requested, a new proof will be provided within 24 hours. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is received by Personalized Ribbons. Completed orders (including a signed proof) must be received by 5:00pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.

Production - 7 business days.

Shipping - All packages will be shipped by UPS (EXCEPTION: Packages to Military Addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail). The standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which will take 1 to 6 days for delivery, depending on your location. Expedited shipping methods are available at an additional cost.

You will be able to select your desired shipping method (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) once the order has been added to the shopping cart.
