PRICE INCLUDES: Rosette Ribbons with a four inch rosette and any of the following centers: a cello button with a stock or custom design, a gold rim or a satin button with a stock design, 9 inch streamers with single streamer printing and a maximum of 10 lines of text, and your choice of fastener.
SET-UP FEES: $6 for each unique ribbon layout (change in ribbon text or color). $20 for each set of ribbons with vertical text.
EXTRA LENGTH STREAMERS (add to the cost of each rosette): 12 inch: 30¢.
CUSTOM CENTER DESIGNS: Satin and Gold Rim Centers (set-up and die) - text only: $14.00. logo: $74.00. Cello Button -- No set-up or die charge.

Gold rim and satin centers will match the color of the rosette. Cello Button Centers will have a white background, unless a color is specified.

Center Design

Stock Center Design (no additional charge) - A wide range of designs are available for your rosette center. Select from one of the stock titles or stock images shown below this part of the order form, and enter the selected text or image number in the stock design box on the order form.

Custom Center Design (additional fees may apply) - Add your logo or custom text to the rosette center. Text set on the rosette center is limited to 3 lines of text with no more than 10 characters per line.

Breakers

These designs are used to separate blocks of text on rosette streamers. We will select a breaker for you, unless specified. Please note in the 'Customer Notes' field where you would like your breaker(s) placed.

Stock Designs for Rosette Centers:

Designs are available for all of your special events. There is no die or setup fee for your rosette centers if the text or design is selected from these accordions. Designs shown in color are for cello button centers only. Please refer to the designs by number. We are not responsible for any claims or litigation resulting from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any customer requested designs or copy.

Production and Shipping

Proof - A digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours. If changes to the paper proof are requested, a new proof will be provided within 24 hours. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is received by Name Tag, Inc.

Production - Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins. Completed orders (with a signed proof and a properly formatted list) must be received by 5:00pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.

Shipping - Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart.

All packages will be shipped by UPS (EXCEPTION: Military Addresses — USPS Priority Mail).

The shipping time varies by the method chosen. UPS ground takes 1 to 6 days depending on your location. Delivery is possible in shorter times if upgraded shipping is selected.
